Terms of Service
The agreement between you and CredVerse. Please read these terms carefully before using the platform.
1. Who operates CredVerse
ANQA Labs operates the CredVerse online platform from Colombo, Sri Lanka. These draft Terms describe the conditions for using the platform. A registered company or separate legal entity is not being represented here.
2. Accounts and permitted use
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Use CredVerse lawfully. Do not impersonate others, issue fraudulent credentials, interfere with the service, or use another person's account without permission.
3. Issuers and recipient information
An issuer is responsible for the accuracy and authority of the credentials it issues and for having an appropriate basis to provide recipient information to CredVerse. Verification links can be shared with third parties. Anyone with a valid link may view the public verification record, including the recipient's name and skills. Recipient email and private metadata are excluded from the public page. Anonymous machine-readable export is withheld when the signed document contains recipient email or metadata; authorized issuer exports may still contain those fields. Issuers should explain this to recipients before issuance.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain rights you have in the content you upload or create. You allow ANQA Labs to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide issuance, delivery, wallet, and verification functions. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to technical backups and applicable retention requirements. The CredVerse software and branding remain with their respective owners.
5. Credits and paid services
Starter accounts receive 100 one-time welcome credits. One credit is used for each credential issued. Paid checkout is not currently available online. Contact us to discuss additional credits or paid services; any price, payment schedule, and support terms require a separate agreement before purchase.
6. Availability and suspension
We may temporarily limit or suspend access to address security risks, misuse, legal requirements, or a material breach of these Terms. We will provide notice when reasonably practical. No uptime, response-time, or other service-level commitment is included in the Starter service.
7. Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may update these Terms and will identify the new effective date and give notice of material changes through the service or by email when reasonably practical. Any changes to paid terms require the process in the applicable separate agreement.
